Have you ever planned what you would do if you got the chance to interview J. K. Rowling and to ask her three questions?
I’ve been doing a lot of thinking and here are mine:
- Dementors symbolise depression and boggarts seem to symbolize phobias. What about the other magical creatures? Are redcaps, kappas and grindylows also personifications of mental illnesses?
- During the battle of Hogwarts, there is a row of dead bodies lying in the middle of the great hall. Harry only mentions Fred and Lupin and Tonks who are lying near him. There are so many characters whom we never hear about again: Dean Thomas, Parvati and Padma Patil, Katie Bell. Also, no-one thought Lavender was dead until we saw it in the films. Who else died in the Battle of Hogwarts?
- What other rooms were there in the Department of Mysteries and what the meaning behind all the ones that we do see? What were the brains used for? How did the ministry come to own the veil? What’s the real significance behind Luna blasting Pluto?
Thanks for reading. Follow my blog to see whenever I post new things!
